Stayed in a dorm, so comfy and clean; felt like a princess. Also enjoyed the refreshing aroma of the not-so-fresh bedding. Talented reception staff went AWOL during daylight, but hey, who needs assistance anyway?
I won the lottery and got a surprise shared quadruple room. No one at reception to complain, but what's a little extra expense when you can't put a price on adventure?

I really got great value for my money at this hostel. The room was lovely and the overall experience was fantastic. The location was convenient, with everything I needed nearby, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

I had a great stay at a newly refurbished hostel on the 4th floor of a beautiful building. the facilities were clean and well, maintained, including the kitchen and toilets/showers. My single room, though small, had everything I needed and the bedding was comfortable. I liked the efficient check, in process with codes for the front door and keybox. the location was decent, not too far from the city center, and I received helpful information before check, in. it was more than decent for a short stay in Max Berg.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes 😊.

The hostel had a great location, just a short walk from the city center. the newly refurbished building was beautiful and the hostel itself was tastefully decorated. the facilities were in good condition, with a clean kitchen and well-maintained toilets and showers. the entire hostel was spotlessly clean, which was a big plus. the single room I stayed in was small but had all the essentials I needed, including a comfortable bed and a work desk. the check-in process was convenient, with codes provided for late arrivals.
The lack of sound insulation in the rooms, which meant that noise from other guests could be heard. Another inconvenience was the absence of an elevator, especially staying on the higher floors.
